Oklahoma Licensure Supervision (OLS) was founded out of a simple yet critical need: to make the clinical supervision process easier, more transparent, and more accessible for licensure candidates across the state. As a clinical social worker and supervisor, I’ve witnessed firsthand how difficult it can be for new licensees to find the right clinical supervisor — someone whose experience, availability, and style align with their needs.
OLS was created to serve as a centralized hub where licensees can find and connect with clinical supervisors across licensure types, including LCSW, LPC, LMFT, and LADC. Our goal is to streamline the supervision search by providing upfront information and clarity.
Each supervisor on our platform completes a comprehensive application with more than 30 questions, covering:
- Cost and payment structure for supervision
- Session availability (in-person/virtual options)
- Clinical and professional experience
- Supervision style and approach to challenging situations
The result? A robust and diverse directory that empowers licensees to make informed choices that best suit their career goals and learning styles.
Supervisors
OLS offers free profiles for supervisors. We do not charge a fee to be listed on our site, because we want to build the most inclusive and diverse pool of supervisors possible. If you’re a licensed supervisor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC), reach out to request an application and join the growing list of professionals already on board.
Licensee
Registered users (licensees) will pay a small fee to access the platform—roughly the cost of a Starbucks Oatmilk Frappuccino—but gain access to valuable features including:
- Transparent supervisor profiles
- Online payment options for supervision sessions
- Built-in session tracking to assist with Board paperwork
We believe this platform can reduce the stress of navigating supervision and help licensees find the right fit faster.
