Clinical Supervisors
1. How do I sign up to be listed as a supervisor on OLS?
To join OLS, send us a message through our Facebook page or email us directly. We’ll send you an application that includes over 30 questions covering your licensure, experience, supervision style, fees, and availability. Once submitted, we’ll review your responses and notify you upon approval.
2. Is there a cost to have a profile on OLS?
No! There is absolutely no cost to supervisors to have a profile on OLS. We believe in removing barriers for those supporting the next generation of professionals.
3. What kind of information is included in my profile?
Your profile will include details about your licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC), supervision fees, session availability, population focus, supervision philosophy, approach to conflict, and more. This helps licensees make an informed choice when selecting a supervisor.
4. When will my profile go live?
Profiles are added in batches. Once your application is approved, we will notify you of your launch date. New profiles are typically added monthly or quarterly depending on demand.
5. Can I update my profile after it’s live?
Yes! You can request updates at any time if your fees, availability, or supervision details change.
6. How are licensees matched with supervisors?
OLS provides a searchable supervisor directory. Licensees can browse and review profiles based on specialty, availability, cost, and approach—allowing them to reach out to supervisors directly.
7. Do I need to handle payment through OLS?
No. While OLS provides session tracking and payment options for licensees, you are not required to use them. Some licensees may prefer to pay directly, while others will use the built-in features.
8. What are the benefits of being part of OLS?
You gain visibility to a diverse pool of licensees, streamline the connection process, and contribute to a supportive professional community—without the hassle or cost of managing your own listing.
9. What qualifications do I need to be a supervisor on OLS?
You must be a Board-Approved Supervisor in Oklahoma for your respective license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC) and provide documentation of your approval upon request.

Licensees (Users Seeking Supervision)
1. How do I sign up for OLS?
Visit our Facebook page and follow the registration link (available soon via our website). After signing up and submitting your payment information, you’ll have access to the supervisor directory and supervision tools.
2. What’s the cost to use OLS?
There is a small monthly fee, roughly equivalent to the cost of an oatmilk frappuccino. This gives you access to the supervisor directory, online payment options, and session tracking tools.
3. What types of supervisors are listed on OLS?
OLS features licensed and board-approved LCSW, LPC, LMFT, and LADC supervisors across Oklahoma with diverse specialties, styles, and backgrounds.
4. How do I choose a supervisor?
You’ll be able to browse detailed supervisor profiles including availability, supervision style, areas of practice, and cost. Use this information to find someone who best fits your needs and contact them directly.
5. Can I change supervisors later if it’s not a good fit?
Absolutely. OLS was designed with flexibility in mind. If your needs change or you need a better match, you’re welcome to explore other supervisor profiles and make a change.
6. Can I use OLS to pay for supervision?
Yes. OLS offers a built-in payment system to keep things simple. You can pay for sessions online and receive automatic documentation of your payments.
7. Does OLS help with documentation for licensure?
Yes. OLS includes a session tracking tool that logs dates and details of your supervision sessions—making your paperwork for the Board faster and easier.
8. Is supervision through OLS virtual or in-person?
It depends on the supervisor. Each profile specifies whether they offer in-person, virtual, or hybrid options. Choose the format that works best for you.
9. When will the site launch?
We’re currently onboarding supervisors and plan to launch later this Spring. Once live, all registered users will receive full access to platform features.
