Role of OLS

OLS provides an online platform that connects licensees with qualified clinical supervisors in Oklahoma. OLS serves as a facilitator, allowing Supervisors to create detailed, informative profiles to assist licensees in selecting appropriate supervision. Licensees will be able to message potential supervisors and if a supervision contract is completed and approved by the State of Oklahoma Licensing Board (for each profession), the licensees will be able to schedule supervision sessions through the OLS website.

Supervisor Participation & Profile Activation

To be listed on the OLS website, Supervisors must:

• • Complete the OLS Clinical Supervisor Application

  • Submit a W-9 form

  • Sign this OLS User Agreement

OLS will review applications and reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its discretion.

Fees & Payment Structure

• Licensees will pay $9 per supervision session as an OLS usage fee, in addition to the supervision rate set by each Supervisor.

• All payments will be processed through OLS – including the OLS fee and the Supervisor’s session fee.

• OLS will remit payments to Supervisors via bank transfer, Cash App, or Venmo, based on the Supervisor’s preference.

• Each Supervisor will be paid their total fee minus any applicable transfer fees depending on the selected payment method.

As of February 2025, Cash App charges 2.75% per transfer, Venmo charges 1.9% plus $0.10 per transfer, and PayPal charges 2.99% per transfer. Supervisors should factor these costs into their supervision fee.

Tax & Reporting Requirements

• Supervisors are vendors with OLS and are responsible for their own tax obligations.
• OLS will provide a 1099-K form annually for tax reporting purposes.

No Cost to Supervisors

Creating and maintaining a profile on the OLS website is free of charge for Supervisors. Licensees are responsible for the OLS usage fee.

Agreement Term & Termination

• This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
• OLS reserves the right to suspend or remove a Supervisor’s profile for non-compliance, unethical behavior, or at its discretion.
• In accordance with your Code of Ethics, that all supervisees, obtained through OLS, will submit all payments for all supervision sessions between the initial session and the final required supervision session (either supervision is cancelled via the licensee board or the licensee passes the Clinical Exam).
• Generally, the Code of Ethics for MHP state providers behave in a trustworthy manner. We act honestly and responsibly and promote ethical practices on the part of the organization with which they are affiliated, see OLS User Agreement.
• Failure to uphold this agreement will result in the supervisor’s profile being removed from OLS.
